Fin Turns 8!!

When we think back to eight years ago when Finley was born having seizures, we are amazed at how well things have turned out. It was a scary beginning, but also a great witness to the power of prayer. I remember the many cards, emails and calls that we received letting us know of the support and prayers that were being offered for our family. We are incredibly grateful for the outcome. Finley is a happy and healthy 8 year old.

Fin was allowed to invite 8 friends for a birthday celebration and he chose 8 boys from school... oh the noise!!! We were very lucky that we had a good weather day. Almost all of the three hour party was spent outside playing, which worked well with a sports themed party. We played a football toss game, Frisbee, bean bag toss, baseball, soccer and trampoline. Grandma and Grandpa rented a snow cone machine, which was a huge hit!

Science Fair 2015

Finley participated in the Science Fair at school on April 10th. His project was on his pet Phineas, the African Dwarf Frog. Finley had lots of interest, especially because he brought Phineas along for presentation.
