The Santa Claus Parade in Kitchener Waterloo

We went to the Santa Claus parade a couple of weekends ago. The boys were excited to see it and Adelyn loved it. Maryn was enjoying snuggling with Bamma and Papa. The boys got the crazy balloon hat and sword from a private Christmas party that they were invited to at the Museum, while waiting for the parade to start. It was amazing how many people commented to Fin about how much they liked his hat and most of the comments came from people that were on the floats!

A trip to the pumpkin patch

First day of school.

Finley started his second year of Kindergarten at Laurelwood Public School last Thursday. He has the same teacher that he had last year that we are all very thankful for. Finley ADORES her, which makes going to school a little bit easier.

 

Will is attending a new preschool this fall at the University of Waterloo in the Early Childhood Education Centre. It is run out of the Psychology department just one building away from Daddy's Accounting/Business building.  Because Kevin rode into work each day last year he thought it would be fun for Will to "ride" in with him to work and school. Today was the first day and both the driver and the passenger seemed excited and happy with how their first ride to school went.

The Stines visit to Canada

Our very good friends the Stines, from North Carolina, came to visit us this summer. We had three days in Waterloo, three at Kevin's parents cottage and one day in Toronto. It was so great to spend time together again.
